Full lamb we have standardized on a 16kg and half a lamb 8kg. For othe sizes please contact us to check availability with the farmer.

WHOLE LAMB – cutting options for 16kg

  • Cutting option A – 2 legs and 2 shoulders and the rest cut into chops
  • Cutting option B – 1 leg and the rest cut into chops
  • Cutting option C – 1 leg and 1 shoulder and the rest cut into chops
  • Cutting option D – 2 legs halved and the rest chops
  • Cutting option E – 2 legs and with saddle tjops
  • Cutting option H – All cut into chops and the rest for casserol
  • Cutting option M – 2 shoulder roasts and the rest chops
  • Cutting option S – 2 legs and the rest cut into chops

HALF LAMB – cutting options for 8kg

  • Cutting option A – 1 leg and 1 shoulder and the rest cut into chops
  • Cutting option D – 1 leg halved and the rest cut into chops
  • Cutting option E – 1 leg and with saddle tjops
  • Cutting option H – All cut into chops and the rest for casserol
  • Cutting option M –  1 shoulder roast and the rest chops
  • Cutting option S – 1 leg and the rest cut into chops

The rib stays intact for easy cooking on the braai. We only nick it for easy handling.
